Currently the Treatment Court Judge for the 11th Judicial Circuit. 

Graduate of Duchesne Highschool, 1987; graduate of University of Missouri-Columbia, B.A., History, 1991; Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, J.D., 1995. Married Stacy Holliday in 1993. They have four children: Nicholas, Brittany (Colin) Dolan, Andrew and Thomas. They have two grandchildren. Parishioner of Assumption BVM Catholic Church in O’Fallon. 

Served as Assistant Prosecutor for St. Charles County, 1995-1998. Engaged in private practice prior to taking the bench. Former municipal judge in Cottleville, Dardenne Prairie, Lake St. Louis, Moline Acres, O’Fallon, and Winfield. Active member of O’Fallon Knights of Columbus Council. Elected Associate Circuit Judge, 2022. Term expires Dec. 31, 2026. Republican.
